casino has blocked me after waiting 30 days for a 451euro cashout which has been rounded down to 250 and then had my bonus deducted to leave 137 I have scanned id and downloaded terrible files which are not compatible with software or printer I have somehow managed and accomplished this and had been accepted by the site waited further 18days to be sent a neteller/wire email filled in and was promised payment Monday Tuesday Wednesday then Thursday blocked I was told a site fault although next door neighbour could log in fine on her account, they are trying to encourage abuse to close accounts I started this withdrawl 30 days ago its for 137 euro 112euro profit, ive had ten emails a day encouraging me to deposit and when questioning cashout they tried always to get me to spend and even promised a full payment of 452(which obviously wouldn't happen) if I deposited 500, this is encouraging people to spend outside there means and is fundamentley wrong im sure you will agree. PLEASE HELP ME im a widowed man with 3 kids and ive promised a hoverboard now I cant keep my word as they cant keep theres.

We have been informed by the casino management that a wire transfer for a total amount of 250 Euro was sent to you. Can you please conform it, did you receive the payment? Thank you.

they said last week they had made payment but got an email requesting iban so sent off and they said they paid250euro last Thursday via wire im still yet to see this , im very doubtfull about this, id like to keep this open until I see my cash , started withdrawl on 6th feb its now 8th march , I had far exceeded there somewhat barbaric 15-18 days before I made this well deserved complaint. I will update if payment made, my bank says usually takes 1working day but may take until tomorrow and as yet cant see it.

After nearly 40 days of lent we have a payment , I didn't expect it but I got paid , so case closed thanks askgamblers for your support I feel without this id of probably not got paid, im pleased its all over, NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO ANY SITE FROM CURACO.
