Crazy Luck Casino wont pay me

I have a withdrawal pending since April 12th.

First mail on April 18th, they said my withdrawal would be processed in a couple of days.

Still nothing on May 6th, another mail sent, but this time, no answer!

I've been waiting for a month now and this is not normal... I want my money!!

We are waiting for your documents. Finance reply " We have old i.d. and a bill that is almost 2 years old and no fbf or cc." Please do this.

You can not be serious! My documents have already been sent and verified. I have received a mail that confirmed this. By the way, is it normal that i have waited one month and a half to get such an answer? Why did your financial department asked for my documents one month ago? This is so unprofessionnal from you making gamblers waiting without any information (or with false information since i should have been paid one month ago according to your support) Please verify that you dont have my documents which is not possible.
