iled accounting - no response!nOn 12/17 I received an e-mail informing me that I will receive refund very soon.12/20 another e-mail stating that they(support) Hoped I would receive the refund very soon.12/26 e-mail from support telling me that as Crazy Luck had used a 'third party'for deposits it would be very difficult to obtain a refund and that I should go ahead and 'play the money!!I have told them that whatever financial arrangements the casino had made was not my choice but theirs and that I have no intention of playing my money.,but expect to receive the refund.As of today I have had no response and the deposit+250% bonus is still in my acc. The deposit transaction# is 205344­282­465­626.pr­ocessed by ************ who debited my checking acc. for $349 on 12/10 - evidentally there was a fee charged which had not been mentioned by CrazyLuck or the processor (I think that's illegal?) The e-mail reference from the casino is:18028099. Now I am an elderly woman with S.Security as my only income and I cannot afford to deposit $335.The money deposited by mistake was needed by me for gas and insulin(I'm diabetic)and ultimately food.I explained this to the casino who obviously could care less.I feel have received abysmal treatment - can you help?Thanks.

Hi, I'm not surprised by Crazy Luck's response - it's the same one as I have received several times while they have done zip.They obviously have not checked my account in 5+ weeks so why have they told me repeatedly thar I will receive a refund in "a few Days" No truth there!!

Almost two months and NO REFUND nor have I been told why I was charged a 'fee' on the deposit when I did not know or agree to this fee.I don't understand why casinos like Crazy Luck are allowed to continue to cheat the American public?

It does'nt seem likely that I could have received the refund that Crazy Luck owes me because the deposit in question+promotion is still in my account!! Neither have I received a refund of the fee I was charged by Crazy Lucks chosen deposit processor.There must be someone there who will take care of this problem?

It is now 11 weeks since I requested a refund of the deposit mistake made DEC.9th 2012,for $335.00. I still do not have my money.Can I expect to receive it in the very near future or should I report it as stolen? It is my money and you have no legal right to keep it!

I have received NO refund in spite of AskGamblers help.I have e-mailed (again) to Crazy Lucks finance dept asking when I will receive my money but once again there has been no response - how can they keep money that does not belong to them?It's a good thing that other casinos are not as dishonest!!

Why has it taken a week for this inane question to be asked? I do not now nor have I ever used Western Union as I am sure you know.I have always deposited with a Visa debit card and expect to receive my money back by the same means.If there is a problem with this method pl;ease let us know.Any more delaying tactics will be considered insulting - the money must be returned at once.!!!

Once again there is no response.I wonder if there is anyone at crazy luck that has the wit and ability to return my money? It is now 4 (four) MONTHS since the mistake was made and evidently there is no one with the authority to correct the situation - support has done nothing, finance has done nothing!! Please send us the name of someone who will do the honest thing - the owner perhaps?
