Crazy Luck Casino owes me $297

I withdrew $297 on Dec. 5, 2013 and was told finance was on vacation for a total of 3 weeks. After they returned I was given 5 different dates that I would have my money, and it never happened.

I was then told I would have to resubmit my banking details by email in order for them to complete the processing. I asked them specifically, why they didn't have the banking details I provided when I processed my withdrawal and was told that they don't have access to that information, which is pretty scary!!! I wonder who does?

On the withdrawal screen it states that my withdrawal was completed on Jan. 14, 2014, BUT, I have yet to see any money in my bank account. They are now saying it takes 15 to 20 days for the wire transfer, as it has to go to Canada first. I have been hung up on when I try to contact them by phone and my Live Chat sessions have been closed abruptly by the support team if I ask too many questions.

I also spoke with my bank and was told to get the wire transfer tracking number, which they state they can't provide. I have also checked the Cyprus, Ministry of Finance website and they are NOT listed as being registered there. I have emailed the Affiliate Program with no response and the support, manager and accounting with no response.

I would sincerely appreciate any help! I have made multiple deposits over the past 2 years and withdrawn 3 previous times without this happening!
