Casino is not paying my money
My crazy luck casino id is rocky 5657. I made a 125 dollar deposit in this casino. I was able to reach to 555 by playing some games. I requested my first withdraw on Aug 25th. They asked me to fill out a document and it along with my id and scan copy of my credit card.
They never acknowledged my email and whenever i ping they said my documents reach them. After sending them several emails and following up through live chat.. They said my docs reached and my withdraw will be process in 3 days on Sept 12th.
Till now they never responded to that request every time i ping them through live chat they say different reason now. Henry one of their customer support executive will say it will be processed in 2 days. Shane another Support guy will say my request has to be sent to finance department after that it will take 1 week.
Can you please look into this and help me get my money.
I'm not sure how they are managing to maintain with such a pathetic service. I'm also drafting an email to Ministry of Finance Cyprus where they are licensed.
