Chance Hill Casino - Weird issue with payment

Request a payment of $522.08 eur in May , when i sign up i was deposit by my master card but due to my bank policy they don't allow gamble payment send back to my master-card so i told Chance Hill casino about the issue and ask them to bank-wire me the winning. I had send all the bank wire info to them but up to now i still haven't receive my payment at all . I had email and talk to one of their stuff but which i think if up to now i still cant able to receive my fund i think its useless so i am here to ask for help

Hey Julianna!

As you know, we recently underwent a platform migration with iGamingCloud. I'm checking your account and your money is waiting in your account waiting to be withdrawn! Since we've recently migrated, you have to make a deposit of 10€ with your desired payment method and then withdraw the 522€ + 10€ altogether.

Please understand that your balance has never been forfeited nor cancelled, and it is simply waiting for you to request your withdrawal :)

Hi as i just login to my account on your deposit page you don't even have bank wire as deposit so how could i be able to receive my withdraw using this method,

Hey Julianna,

Try withdrawing through bank transfer directly. Should be there.

If not, open live chat and we can solve it. It's a bit easier then going back and forth through this forum :)

Yes i see there is bank transfer for withdrawl but there is no IBAN number for Canada bank i had receive all the info from my bank for bankwire i had send over it to you please check and see if you could tell you finical department to help me with the withdrawl

I believe the easiest and fastest solution would be to make a minimum deposit (10€) with one of your preferred methods and we will process your 522€+10€ immediately.

i had receive an email form their support to enter my account number in the IBAN place so i will see if i will receive my payment will let you know once i receive my payment

Hi i had just try to request a withdraw on their website ,but there was an issue. l i had print screen it in the photo for you, when i try to click the withdrawl page on your website there is like a blank page with nothing on it i am unable to make a withdrawl so ho can i input the info as ask in the follow email

The payment has been sent. We've been in contact with the player all this time and we both manage to fix it. It was a problem with the IBAN.

Please allow 2-3 days to receive the payment in your account.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this wont be a problem anymore as our system has been updated in order to allow transactions to Canada.
