Crazy Vegas Casino - Closed my account due to self-exclusion in another brand, but refused to return my deposit

On 20 February, I deposited $350 with Crazy Vegas Casino.

After playing a few games, my account was closed, without warning or notification. I had to call the casino myself to see what had happened.

I was told that my account had been closed because I had excluded myself from one of their partner casinos. I said, in that case you should refund my money. If it's not the case then you should reinstate my account and let me play my balance.

Despite sending numerous emails requesting a resolution to the matter the casino has ignored me.

It has now been over 6 weeks and no one will speak to me other than to say - just wait and someone will get back to you.

It's clear that Crazy Vegas, have determined on some technicality that they have a right to take my money and give me nothing in return.

I would advise anyone to think twice before depositing with this casino.

I have given Crazy Vegas numerous options to resolve the complaint, including reinstating my account, but unfortunately they will not even negotiate.

I haven't received anything. Yet another unfulfilled promise from Crazy Vegas.

I am getting tired of this. Is this seven or eight weeks? I've lost count.

We got information from casino management that due the banking problems your money wasn't paid, but that you manage to resolve that problem and that casino paid you on 16th of April, can you please confirm that you received them. Thank you.
