Courier Check Not Received from Slots of Vegas Casino
Was told by Lobby Manager Nate and "withdrawals" support that their processor sent my check via courier on April 19, 2012. I figured it probably wasn't picked up by the courier until Friday the 20th.
It was suppose to be sent overnight Fedex per their website. Obviously it was not and I know of no courier that would take this long to deliver an overnight envelope or even 2 day air.
The casino can't even tell me which carrier was used by their processor.
Per their own terms and conditions and the available withdrawal methods when making your withdrawal on the cashier page, the check was suppose to be sent overnight FEDEX
This is misrepresentation. I just want to know which courier was used and if they have picked the envelope up and if so, on what date.
Don't think that is too much to ask.
I can see by checking Slots of Vegas casino that your payment was processed on 4/19/2012 at 6:03:32 PM. Sending money to US is not as easy as it used to be and casino uses a Third Party Processor to send the checks.
Unfortunately the processor sometimes does not provide tracking numbers. I will request the casino to verify if it is possible to ask the processor which courier was used and if they can get me a tracking number.
As soon as I have a reply from them I will get back to you accordingly.
All responses from support and lobby mangers state that the check was processed on 4/19 and that they are waiting on the tracking number. Is your only means of knowing if a Player was paid is getting a tracking number. Can't you contact the Processor that told you they sent the check on 4/19 and find out why a check that was suppose to be sent by express/courier hasn't been delivered in over 6 days. I own a business and I can tell you that FEDEX, UPS 2 day air, or DHL do not take 6 days to deliver an express envelope.
I would ask that you contact your processor and determine when they sent the check, where they sent the check, which carrier they used and the type of service they requested. The website and banking page say "overnight fedex".
This is has already become annoying as I am told the same thing over and over again and it seems there is nobody authorized to contact the processor directly to determine what the problem seems to be.

I wanted to add that the "ship date" was April 30th and not April 19th as I was told over and over again. I received it on May 2, two days after it was sent.
I doubt I will be playing at Slots of Vegas in the future as it takes way too long to process withdrawals and pay winnings.
I requested the withdrawal on 3/22 sent all documents the sameday. Withdrawal was approved on 3/30. So it took over 1 month to receive payment.
Please understand that Casino works with third party companies who are the ones who send the payments to US players. Payment was processed on Casino side on 4/19 as I was able to verify with SOV Withdrawals Department Manager.
Please understand the casino is not located in the US and there is a time frame from the moment the casino sends the Third Party Processor the "payment order" and the moment the Third Party prepares and sends the check to the player.
We are glad to hear you finally received your payment.
