Cosmik Casino - unable to contact the manager!!

I had complain this casino before at ask gambler for delay giving my payout and after the payment was going smoothly for only 2 time (since their allow is 2500 each time), when i request a payout in March it stop , right now i had waited for 3 month (bank wire of $2500) and it is still pending . I had contact live support all they say that for my account i have to wait til vip manager to come back and deal with it all they told me they will leave the manager a notice to contact me after ,but 3 month of waiting i receive non contact from them at all and i have to go to their live chat every few day to see if the manger is here or not. I had also have the manager personal contact e-mail but never receive a response from him at all , i am feeling like i am being a fool. Like if they are trying to not pay me than why an they just say it better like spinning me around . I really suggest people keep out of this casino like if you win big i guess you need to wait like few year to receive all the payout. Totally disappointed
