Cosmik Casino - No pay, No response

I've played at Cosmik casino off and on for years, and have previously had a few withdrawals that were paid without a problem. However, on 29 June I requested a withdrawal of €4193, and it has not been paid. I've attempted to contact them about this a number of times, but they do not respond. I was told a month ago that the withdrawal was approved, and I would receive it shortly, but that did not happen.

I was contacted by the account manager today, but wasn't told anything conclusive, only that I would be updated after a meeting tomorrow. But I'm crossing my fingers everything will be sorted soon.

The complaint was seemingly resolved and I received a partial payment. However I still have €1795 pending which has not been paid. I have contacted them about the remaining withdrawal but have not received any info on when I will get it. Please help.
