I have been getting the run around on a delayed payment on a withdraw from May 2016. I had 2,500 withdraw sitting out there.. they finally approved it.. but for only 1/2 of the 2,500. They did pay this half, but now I have been waiting on the remainder for over 6 weeks. They are giving me the runaround about limitations on payment. They have removed it from my account and still have not paid me. I also have another withdraw for 2,500 sitting there from May also.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that your wire will be uploaded today. With this, I would expect to see the payment reach your account no later than early next week (although more than likely by Friday).

I received a small payment from a withdraw that was split in two by the casino from May. They still owe me 2500 from another withdraw and still have not received that.. which is way over due. They should have paid both at the same time since it was way overdue and delayed.

I've had a look at your account and here is what I'm seeing...

5/27/2016 Paid $2480 + $20 Service fees Wire for transaction #118534126
6/10/2016 Paid $1325 + no Fee Wire transaction #119537259
6/14/2016 Paid $1162 + no Fee Wire transaction #119666776
7/19/2016 Paid $1163 + no fees Wire for transaction #120391279
7/25/2016 Paid $1172 + no fees Wire for transaction #120978154

As you can see, a payment was sent off on the 19th (which is what you received, already). The next wire was sent off on the 25th (Monday), which I'd expect you'll see reflected in your account, later this week.

There is one more payment pending for approval in the amount of $1500, which I'll keep my eye on to ensure it goes off as it should.

I'm sorry for the frustrations you've experienced with this, but I'm going to make certain all is sorted for you.
