Coolcat has a lot of excuses to not pay my winnings

Hello,

I am verry frustrated about Coolcat casino! 15 March my winnings where approved after i send all the documentation they needed from me and now its 11th april and i stil got nothing, yes a lot of promisses, but no money.

I have asked for a moneybookers withdrawal and still not received anything.
On their site is "the time to procces a withdrawal is 2-7 business days" but where now on the 19th business day. I have asked again today and now i got the answer "Its National Hero day so check again tomorow" I dont want to complain, but i dont trust it anymore, so maybe this will help. The live support is realy terrible!
I have tryed a lot of casinos, but this i have never experienced before.
Sorry for my english, i am from Holland and i cannot speak very good english.

Update: today i spoke to the live support again and i asked (today is the 20th businesday) when my winnings are cashed out.

I spoke to aa guy named Fred from the live support last week and he told me that it will be cashed out this week,

but when i asked a few minutes ago they told me not this week, "but it should be ready next week" Pffffffffff Promis after promis, but still no action!

I have made printscreens of all the live chats i had and i will send them also trough email, also the one of today.
