CoolCat Does NOT PAY

I made a withdrawal request on 11/1/2010. I have not received anything. At the end of November, I was told by Henry the payment would go out the next week. Last week, on 12/08, I was emailed a request for my Quicktender account info. Today, on 12/13, I contacted the Withdrawals department and Damian said a Check had been mailed out on 12/10. I then asked him why it had not been paid by Quicktender. I also asked him for the tracking info-- and he refused. Then, I asked him why he told me on 12/10 that it was being mailed out this week. He is a COMPLETE LIAR. Do NOT PLAY AT COOL CAT CASINO. Try Jackpot Capital or Slotastic -- they pay within a week; sometimes within 48 hours. What's the point of playing at places like CoolCatCasino (Cool Cat Casino, VIP Lounge, Virtual, Prism -- they are all the same). They Stall and will not pay.

I also like to play with Nine and I just won yesterday and they bank wired the money today. That is more like it.
