Cool Cat won't payout money

I withdrew 1500.00 dollars from coolcat, it is just sitting there. Live chat clearly told me everything that was needed for my withdrawl was there. Now when I speak to live chat about my withdrawl they tell me to contact live chat accounting dept. If and when they do answer they just tell me sorry they are running behind, maybe I will hear something good soon. can you help me? Will I ever see this money?

We expect it to be solved soon.

I sure hope you can help. either the live chat accounting won't answer or they just keep telling me, maybe something will happen next week.

Well I had requested 1500.00 dollars they had a three hundred promotion, which I understood 300.00 would be deducted.  Then after they weren't paying and giving me a run around.  I put in a request for the rest of my winnngs, one 600.00 wthdrawl and one 100.00 withdrawl.

I looked at my account now it is showing a request for 900.00 effective 3/22/2010, which will make it at least another month, the 1000.00 dollars isn't showing anymore.  i wrote to their live chat accounting department and they told me 1000.00 has been approved but wait at least 15 days then I should hear something.  I asked why the other 200.00 was put in with the 700.00 and I had requested it way before the 22nd.  The live chat person said don't worry about that right now, just wait after you get your money. Which I did not understand, then he signed off.  I really wonder if I will ever see it.

I will keep you informed and Thank you for your help.

Just to let you know I received a check for 1000.00 yesterday.  Now I will sit and wait for my next 900.00.  Will keep you informed, should have had that money by now, but they changed the withdrawl date as when this 1000.00 was approved.
