Cool Cat won't pay
I made a withdrawal on 22 Jan 2010, today is 5 March, my withdrawal is still showing in my casino account waiting to be processed. I've contacted the withdrawal department and customer service numerous times, just to be told it will be processed by the end off the week or early next week.
I feel like I'm in a never ending cycle. Its to bad, too. I haven't played at a casino that even come close to their promotions. I guess you can do that if your not going to pay. The crazy thing is the cashout is only $600. I play everyday. They probably would've gotten it back the same day.
