Hi, it was not a free chip A certain person called my house & offered me a bonus & insurance with no play through & no max cash out I feel i was lied to & ripped off .I never had a play through amount I know what a play through is & also a max cash out it .IT'S FUN money I would have never tried to withdrawl the $4000.00 i would have just left it in there.It makes me very mad that you can do this.i have also played in your sister casino's with the same user name now i don't trust anyone of them.I hope that you can own up to the offer that was made to me over the phone & pay me my winnings in full.

you got it wrong i was given the info over the phone by Chester he said he would note my account with the info it was not a free chip my withdrawl was approved on the 20th of October & it takes 2+ months to pay $50.00 .I talked to Henry & Damain live chat asked where my $3950.00 was not once did they say that it was only $50.00 called the 1-800 # asked if i can have a check sent to me as ewallet is down she said the amount was to big to mail a check $50.00 is to big of an amount come on. I talk to Monica same thing so I hade to wait for an email invitation so i can open a quick tender account Chester is the one that offered all of this with no play through no max cash out over the phone & told me that he would put the notes on my account .& this was just another way of scamming your customers into depositing money & ripping them off you take our money so fast & when it comes time to pay out it takes 2+ months for me to receive $50.00 what a scam & rip off.

This case has been officially closed by Cool Cat Casino, we realize the player is not in agreement with our findings and has a different take on the case however there is no evidence to substantiate the claim.

yes there is ,lies lies & more lies don't play in this casino or any of there sister casino's they take 2+ months to receive a $50.00 payment ,& all they do is lie they just scam you anyway they can & what they did to me is unjustified & they will do the same to you save your money.
