cool cat will lie & not Pay


Hi, I got A phone call from this casino saying they will give me a bonus & insurance with no play through no max cash out ,I won $4000.00 it was approved on October 20th 2010 for $3950.00 & finaly today they sent $50.00 OK so you know it is now December 10th WTF they got it backwards i was given a insurance chip thats what the guy told me on the phone. i have sent so many emails live chat telling them i want my $3950.00 no one ever said anything about the amount was wrong also called the lady told me that I would be sent info on opening up an account at quicktender as ewallet express is down so the lady on the phone also told me that they can't mail a check as the amount is to larger so i had to get a quicktender account they sent me $50.00 & quicktender takes $30.00 there was no play through there was no max cash out i want the rest of my winnings now my winnings was approved on October 20th 2010 for $3950.00 NOT $50.00

yes there is ,lies lies & more lies don't play in this casino or any of there sister casino's they take 2+ months to receive a $50.00 payment ,& all they do is lie they just scam you anyway they can & what they did to me is unjustified & they will do the same to you save your money.

This case has been officially closed by Cool Cat Casino, we realize the player is not in agreement with our findings and has a different take on the case however there is no evidence to substantiate the claim.

you got it wrong i was given the info over the phone by Chester he said he would note my account with the info it was not a free chip my withdrawl was approved on the 20th of October & it takes 2+ months to pay $50.00 .I talked to Henry & Damain live chat asked where my $3950.00 was not once did they say that it was only $50.00 called the 1-800 # asked if i can have a check sent to me as ewallet is down she said the amount was to big to mail a check $50.00 is to big of an amount come on. I talk to Monica same thing so I hade to wait for an email invitation so i can open a quick tender account Chester is the one that offered all of this with no play through no max cash out over the phone & told me that he would put the notes on my account .& this was just another way of scamming your customers into depositing money & ripping them off you take our money so fast & when it comes time to pay out it takes 2+ months for me to receive $50.00 what a scam & rip off.

3.then withdrawals approves the chip as per terms and conditions:

The customer won on a free chip, which is a 1 x max cashout. Unfortunalty we have too many players to go back and forth on a clear cut case.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
