They were only paying 10 credits on Keno when the board said that the winning amount was 22 now I believe that I was playing for quite awhile before I caught on. I deposited money to them in the past but at this time I was playing on a no deposit promotion coolest66. When I made this error on there part aware to them they pulled this garbage saying I have too many accounts with them. Then they withdrew my winnings which was of around 35.00$.

In terms of your winnings being voided, in April of this year you were given an introductory Free Chip for $120 and played through the funds. From this moment forward there needs to be a deposit made before any other Free Chip can be requested, this is very clear in our Terms and Conditions.
In June of this year you opened a 2nd account and claimed another introductory free chip. Our introductory Free Chips are for the purpose of introducing new players to Cool Cat as well as giving them a chance to win FREE money and this is one time only per house hold.
