Cool Cat keeps delaying payments
My withdrawal was approved on April 28, 2010. I was told my funds would be received by May 12, 2010 at the latest. Whenever I try to get the information to receive my funds it keeps getting delayed. I have now been given six different release dates and was just given another one. Which would make it days past the original release date.
I’m sorry if you were told funds would be sent by May 12 at the latest, they should’ve said most likely by May 12 since sometimes there are delays, like in this case. The dates Customer Service give you are estimates, they are just allowing for some more time since they know funds can be sent at any moment now.
I just spoke with the Manager of the Accounting department, your withdrawal will be sent this week for sure, most likely tomorrow. I’ll keep an eye on it and make sure it’s sent as early this week as possible.
