Requested withdrawal on 7/21/13. All documentation was sent and withdrawals approved. One withdrawal was for $2000.00 (after the bonus was deducted) and the other was a chip withdrawal, max cashout of $200.00 for $200.00. I have received one payment of $1000.00. After 7 weeks now they still owe me $1200.00. I will attach an email from their retention department regarding approval of the withdrawal, etc.

Hello Cindy!

Thanks for your help with this. This withdrawal was requested on 7/21/13 & all requirements were immediately met. Why haven't I been paid? And if an another payment was scheduled on 9/5/13 why haven't I received anything? Please let me know the amount of the payment and when I will receive it. Thanks for your help -- this process has just become ridiculous. What used to be fun is now a source of irritation, particularly when I receive multiple emails from the retention department where they want feedback on what they can do to enhance your experience so you will come back and play! To the casino management -- stop spending money on a retention team and pay your players timely... you will retain your players. Please pass this along -- Nowhere was I offered the opportunity to make the deposits for my play in arrears in multiple payments; similarly I never agreed to receive my winnings in that manner. Please advise as to how much and when I will receive payment.
