Cool Cat Casino - Stalling payment for ages

Have two withdraws pending on cool cat casino one for 1500 and the other for 750. This was back in Earle February. I keep getting run around on payments , was told to apply for prepaid card which I never received. Now all I get from host is sorry we we experiencing delays. He will update me but I never get updates. I email them twice a week to check on status. Same response seems like a total scam

I've checked on these two withdrawals and I can see that they'll be sent off tomorrow. I would expect to see tracking later in the week, with the payment arriving at week's end.

I'll keep an eye on this and will report back as soon as I've received tracking details.

This is still not resolved as I have not received payment nor a tracking number from the casino

Just replying so this complaint is not closed. This is not resolved, since I have still not received payment. Response from casino says payment will reach me by the end of this week. I have been told this before and it never happens... so I will wait and see if payment comes this week, but I haven't seen it yet.

Again, I apologize for the delays you've encountered, however, I do have good news for you on this. ;-)

Your payment was sent off and earlier today, I received the tracking on it. From the tracking, I can see that your payment will be delivered to you tomorrow morning (Friday).
