Cool Cat Casino - Pay out still not received

I have not received my Payout and I have contacted them numerous times. I have been trying to receive this withdrawal which is two checks since August. I feel as though they are giving me the run around. The withdrawal info must get approved and go to the third party processor which has happened numerous times. I keep getting told that It has been approved and they are waiting for authorization . I have also been told that I should receive it in a few days. I have been told numerous reasons that I have not received it.

Has anyone had a simuliar problem? Did you ever get Paid? I don't want to cause problems but I do feel this is unfair.

I did receive 1 payment thankyou and THANKYOU ASKGAMBLERS.COM I still have not received 1000 payment .

I called cool cat and there is no tracking NUMBER FOR THE 1000 PAYMENT THEY HAVENT SENT IT

The first check for $1220 was processed on 11/1. The processor used to send this payment does not provide a tracking number but you should receive it shortly.

The tracking for second check for $1000 is available since 11/8. Please contact any CS agent and request the tracking since the processor used for this payment provided the casino with its tracking number

Please confirm once the checks have been received
