Cool Cat Casino not so cool at the moment
I've been a lurker here for awhile seeing what casinos to steer clear of based on complaints and I have seen a lot of complaints about Cool Cat. Up to this point I have never had anything bad to say about them other than slow payout. I love their bonuses and always make sure to follow the rules for them. I learned a hard lesson the first ever time playing there and I have played there for many years. Well now I'm bitching. My withdrawal was approved on 4/3. Here I am on the 23rd and have not gotten my money. Its always been for as long as I have been with them 7-10 business days for approval, 7-10 business days for payment to be sent. I email and ask when my check will be sent and was informed 4/5, 4/6 & 4/11 were holidays , fine I will accept that. So that puts me at 4/20 as my 10th day. I email and am being told its 10-20 business days and they can not tell me exacly when it will be sent. WTF??? I find this totally unacceptable. So I email a person I have dealt with before at Cool Cat as well as somebody at Gwages to try and push this along. Well the person at Cool Cat isnt there any longer and no response from Gwages. So I come to this site and I get someone else's email at Gwages and sent an email to help escalate and push this along. 27 hours later still no response. I am trying to figure out why this casino would be disrespectful to someone who has been a member for years risk losing their business and then have them go around all over the internet and talk people out of playing there. Not very good business at all. I didnt bitch at the times I lost and there were enough of those and I didnt say ooooo let me play and I will send the money in I lose in 20 business days. But I am bitching now!

Cool cat first claimed my winnings were already sent to me 4/24 but now they say it was sent to the payment processor on 4/24 and they said I should have a tracking number in a week or so. How many days will it be there??? This is uncool. There is no reason why that check shouldn't be on a truck already via Express Overnight!! Will they be sending the check Overnight Express like the withdrawal option said or will it go Fedex Ground like other people's have that I read about??? I chose the Express Overnight and that is how I would expect it to arrive. I want my money already!
I can see by checking with Coolcat casino that your payment was processed on 4/24/2012 8:05:43 PM. Sending money to US is not as easy as it used to be and casino uses a Third Party Processor to send the checks.
Unfortunately the processor sometimes does not provide tracking numbers. I will request the casino to verify if it is possible to ask the processor which courier was used and if they can get me a tracking number.
As soon as I have a reply from them I will get back to you accordingly.
