Cool Cat Casino not so cool at the moment

I've been a lurker here for awhile seeing what casinos to steer clear of based on complaints and I have seen a lot of complaints about Cool Cat. Up to this point I have never had anything bad to say about them other than slow payout. I love their bonuses and always make sure to follow the rules for them. I learned a hard lesson the first ever time playing there and I have played there for many years. Well now I'm bitching.

My withdrawal was approved on 4/3. Here I am on the 23rd and have not gotten my money. Its always been for as long as I have been with them 7-10 business days for approval, 7-10 business days for payment to be sent. I email and ask when my check will be sent and was informed 4/5, 4/6 & 4/11 were holidays , fine I will accept that. So that puts me at 4/20 as my 10th day. I email and am being told its 10-20 business days and they can not tell me exacly when it will be sent. I find this totally unacceptable. So I email a person I have dealt with before at Cool Cat as well as somebody at Gwages to try and push this along.

Well the person at Cool Cat isnt there any longer and no response from Gwages. So I come to this site and I get someone else's email at Gwages and sent an email to help escalate and push this along. 27 hours later still no response. I am trying to figure out why this casino would be disrespectful to someone who has been a member for years risk losing their business and then have them go around all over the internet and talk people out of playing there. Not very good business at all. I didnt bitch at the times I lost and there were enough of those and I didnt say ooooo let me play and I will send the money in I lose in 20 business days.

I can see by checking with Coolcat casino that your payment was processed on 4/24/2012 8:05:43 PM. Sending money to US is not as easy as it used to be and casino uses a Third Party Processor to send the checks.

Unfortunately the processor sometimes does not provide tracking numbers. I will request the casino to verify if it is possible to ask the processor which courier was used and if they can get me a tracking number.

As soon as I have a reply from them I will get back to you accordingly.

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
