COOL CAT AT IT AGAIN!! NON PAYMENT
I HAVE 3 WITHDRAWLS PENDING SINCE 1/12/10 I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY 1 EMAIL REPLY FROM "HENRY" IN THE WITHDRAWLS DEPT STATING THAT ALL 3 WITHDRAWLS WERE OK FOR PAYOUT - THE CASINO WAS JUST "BACKED UP" FROM THE HOLIDAYS, I HAVE SENT 14 EMAILS TO LIVE CHAT AND THE WITHDRAWLS DEPT - ALL HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. I EVEN HAD THE ATTORNEY HANDLING MY DIVORCE CONTACT THEM BUT THEY TOLD HER SHE NEEDED TO EMAIL THE MANAGER. SHE HAS ADVISED ME THAT THE LEGAL RECOVERY WILL BE VERY LENGTHY - SO I AM TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS WITHOUT HER INTERVENTION THE WITHDRAWLS ARE AS FOLLOWS (625.00 825.00 AND 700.00) i WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME. tHANKS!

I did get a call from "James" at Cool Cat, today 3/20/10 . I appreciate their response to my complaints, however they only mention my last withdrawl of 700.00.
As stated, my first 2 withdrawls were on 1-12-10 for 625.00 and the other on 1-14-10 for 825.00 Could you possibly find out why my history has been deleted?
That is what is most upsetting!! Its like they are trying to make it appear that my first 2 withdrawls dont exist !!! Fortunately, I saved all of my emails with their withdrawls dept. acknowledging that ALL 3 withdrawls were approved for payment. Can you pls keep me posted as to any updates. ? Although it was nice to hear from them, they only stated that they are "working on it" and that there are others ahead of me.. (I dont doubt it)
Also, whats troubling is the fact that they are still operating without sanctions or restrictions. Very unfair business. I am considered a VIP in th eonline gaming industry and have been wagering for 14 years. What a shame, im good for thousands upon thousands.
Not in that casino anymore. Thats for sure!! LOL
