Vegas Palms Casino - Contradiction statements from Vegas Palms Casino support team making too much delay to process my withdraw request $600!

Hello Askgamblers,

My name is Mohammad < surname removed >,I love to play online casino games and betting.On 20th November I registered an account with Vegas Palms Casino and I claimed welcome bonus after deposit.I found that only Microgaming games available for play.Well,I then played different slots several hours and finished wagering requirements.But I decided to continue playing and I had great fun.Finally I requested withdraw $600 and signed out.The next day I got an email from security team asking my documents for verification.So,I sent my all requested documents immediately and later on I had received acknowledgement reply which stated that they received my all documents and asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours for verification done and process my withdraw request.(All correspondences added with my complaint).So,after couple of days, I went to live chat to know when I will receive my payment $600.The support team member "Mita" admitted that my withdrawal was busy with Banking team and after checking everything they will process my payment into my preferred method.Very fair conversations with Mita satisfy me that I am receiving my payment soon where terms and conditions stated withdrawal processing takes 24 hours.But unfortunately I didn't receive my payment that day and I thought they will process next day.So,next day at night time I went to live chat where I still didn't received my payment yet!.Surprisingly support team member "Brandon" admitted they didn't receive my documents,so I showed him the acknowledgement reply which proofs they must received my documents.After that Brandon told me my documents are still pending for review and I have to wait 2 more business days to process my withdrawal request.Next day I went to live chat again to check everything in order.But another support member "Anthi" reported me that my documents didn't reviewed yet and she added my documents with urgent list for review and gave me warm congratulations for my winning.Again next day at night time I went to live chat again where my payment didn't received and I got support team member "Nicolette" who surprisingly admitted that they never received my documents,so my withdrawable balances reversed back into my casino account and requested to send my documents again into mentioned email address!!WTH??I had sent my documents couple of times previously where everyone admitted my documents are in order and I will receive my payment within shortly.I felt very bad experiences and I had sent my documents again into [email protected] and [email protected] and also received another acknowledgment reply that they had received my documents accordingly and request to wait another 24 to 48 hours for review process.These ways I had waited over 120 hours but didn't received my payment $600 yet!I have reviewed same trouble with other players had experienced which bring me here to complaint all about.So,dear Askgamblers,could you help me regarding my trouble please?Thank you.

Today is the 7th day (Monday) I am waiting for receive my cash in request of $600.So,sometimes ago I went to live chat to know the progress about my cash in request. "TK" the live support agent again told me they never received my documents!!What should I do now?Everybody can understand they don't promote responsible gaming and job.Shamelessly,he requested to resend my documents for 4th times where I showed them the acknowledgement reply from them many times.Each time I had sent my documents every times I got acknowledgement reply from casino team that my documents had been received successfully.All other support agents admitted also documents had been received accordingly.But I don't understand why some of support team member lieiwith me and run around for my cash in request of $600.Help me please,its serious matter now where its seem to me they are joking with me now.Thank you.

As a responsible player I like to give here some update regarding my compla­int.Fi­nal­ly,they everybody from support team admitted that they received my documents which was a nightmare for me before.Thanks to casino support team. Sometimes ago I had chat with support team agent "Sid" who was very careful and serious regarding my issue.He asked me to make new withdraw request of my winning $600 which will be paid as early as possible as he promised.Now lets see how long it will take to process my new cash in request $600.Thank you dear Askgamblers and casino team.I recommend to play with vegas palms casino.

It has been 48 hours after "Sid" had confirmed as soon as early I request the cashin,my payment will be paid without delay.But unfortunately,I didn't receive yet!!What's going on?Even earlier today I had chat with another support agent who also promised my payment is now on the way to my preferred but nothing happened yet!!Feeling very bad regarding my issue.So, dear casino representative,could you tell me what actually happing within payment department please?Thank you.
