I won there 2000 EURO. I sent them upon their website request fax form and documents.
They stopped responding to Email once I raised processing of payment.
Their Email firstname.lastname@example.org wouldn't work so I searched the NET and could find in some website that the Email that do work there is email@example.com so I used this EMail it did work but they don't reply and don't pay.

Thanks a lot for contacting us. We have looked into the situation and the cashout is for USD 2000 and not EUR 2000. The player will be paid via Neteller first thing tomorrow. We just need for the wire sent to our merchant account with Neteller to clear. I was a little puzzled to hear that the player claims that we have not responded to her chats. I did a search in all the correspondence with this player and the last time she contacted us was on February 11 via Live Chat. She did mention that she had problems sending us emails, but there was no mention of the cashout issue she was experiencing. I even contacted our IT department to check the email issue on the 11th and they informed me that we had not received any emails from this email address. On the 14th an email was sent to her and she was advised to check with hotmail.
Anyways, I am happy that the issue is sorted.
