Anna Casino - Confiscated my withdrawal unfairly

I received free spins on the slot Jimi Hendrix. Won and managed to wager the bonus to a profit of 4200 sek. When I made a withdrawal the money suddenly disappeared.

I emailed and wrote in the chat but no one answered me. When i logged of my account and tried to write in the chat they suddenly answered me.

Their explanation for my profit confiscated was that I never made a deposit. When I explained and proved that I had deposited money in to Anna Casino the story suddenly changed and they said that I had committed fraud.

When I asked them to explain they changed the story a third time and said I had no right to the freespins on Jimi Hendrix.

I apologize if you were not given a proper explanation by our support. Reason for this confiscation is that these Jimi Hendrix spins were only available for selected customers, who received a newsletter and made a deposit on 26th. This is very clearly stated in the newsletter as well. There was a technical error so some players were given these free spins even though they were not eligible for them.

So now you are going with a fourth excuse as to why I should not get my money. Technical issue? I played free spins that I had received, why I had them only you can take responsibility for. If you make a mistakes, fix them, dont take the money away from your players.

Excuse after excuse and Anna Casino treat their players like garbage. As you can see on my print screen Anna Casinos customer service are rude and claims that I never made a deposit so that was why I was not entitled to these 30 spins. It is not until later that Anna Casino suddenly claims that I had to make a separate deposit for the Jimi Hendrix Freespins.

There is no excuse here. Rules are extremely clear about this. 1) You must have received an email/sms about this offer to be eligible. 2) You must have made a deposit on 26th, if you didn't, you are not eligible. Due to technical issues a lot of players received these even though they didn't qualify for the offer, but it doesn't mean they can keep their winnings, since they obviously does not qualify for it.

I did not receive any mail from you with information about these free spins. I opened the game and was pleasantly surprised that I had freespins to play. But just so that I understand you correctly: As a player at Anna Casino I should therefore be aware that your system is not working correctly. As a result of a technical problem players at Anna Casino recieved freespins that we were not entitled to. So if we can not be confident that we have the right to play freespins (and withdrawel winnings) that Anna CASINO has placed on the account, how should I feel safe as a player with you?

I used my credit card number, I gave you my address and my private contact information when I became a member at Anna Casino. A casino, that you yourselves admit
does not have a functioning system.
