All Jackpots Casino - Confiscated my winnings and deposits

I have been playing for some time already at All Jackpots. I would consider myself a high roller and I never had problems with this casino. Lately I gambled a little more than I should. I lost 5000€ but then I deposited again and I was able to get back to a balance of 9600€. I did not play with a bonus. I did not get any message from the casino but when I contacted them, they said they need my documents. I said that I already sent those in 2013 and they told me those have been deleted and I need to send them again. Strange I thought, but I did as they told me. When they received all my documents, they told me my account is locked and my withdrawals confiscated for "discrepancies on the account".

I have received and reviewed the information gathered by our security team.

We have received all of the requested documents, however due to serious discrepancies on the account, the account will remain locked and will not be unlocked.

I am not able to disclose any more information for the safety and security of our casino.

We consider this complaint unresolved, we didn't get any evidence from casino management to back up their statement.
