Club USA Casino - did not credit my account

actually the casino is club world casino. I made a deposit and the money came out of my bank account but was not credited to my casino account. they blamed it on a processor problem and said my account with be credited in 24 hours...NOT...then they said the money would "drop:" back into my bank account within 48 hours...NOT...

The money is just gone and I don't believe They are going to resove the problem.

Hi, looking at your account now I see that you informed us of the issue on April 22nd.

We've investigated this with the processor and heard back on April 23rd.

$30 manual credit was added to your account on April 23rd, the same day we confirmed the issue with the processor.

You are a long term player with us and as far as I can see we have never given you reason for concern in the past, you have made further deposits since this issue which have all gone through without issue.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this but I feel we have responsed and resolved this issue within a satisfactory period of time for you.
