Casino will not pay me

I made a cashout on 2/15/2010 for $900 all my docs are in and my cash out as of 4/12/2010 is still in the casino deposit page.

They keep telling me it will just a few more day's for them to aprove it. Then it will be another 10 to 15 days to get it. It have like 32 working days now and they only anser half of my emails i dont no what i should do...

I spoke with the manager of the Withdrawals department directly and your withdrawal should be approved this week. Once it’s approved, I’ll make sure it’s sent as soon as possible so that you don’t have to wait much longer.

I was unable to get specific information on your withdrawal today but I will follow up on it and post again on Monday with a date in which your withdrawal will be approved.

On behalf of the casino I’d like to apologize for the long delay in approving it. This is not meant as an excuse, but please know that until a couple of months ago it would always take 7 to 10 business days for withdrawals to be approved. In February there was an unusually high amount of withdrawals requests and it delayed the whole process. The casino is slowly getting back up to date and we expect to be back in the usual timeframe very soon.

It is a very unfortunate situation and we are extremely sorry that it has affected you. I can assure you however that your withdrawal will be approved and then sent, I only ask for a little more patience even though I know you’ve been waiting for weeks.
