Club Player will no pay my winnings

I have a withdrawl request that dates back to 04/03/11 that has yet to be approved. I have sent several inquires as to why, given that fact that the site advertises 7 - 10 business days for approval. When I ask, I am told they have a " policy" they need to stand by, this is NOT the case - I have serveral pending withdrawls, none of wich I have received within their advertised policy. I play often at this site - and I am a VIP player, I am treated poorly, just think how poorly they would treat a new player.

Waiting a confirmation from your side that payment has been received

I did receive funds today from my withdrawl requests on April 1st and 2nd - I am still waiting for my funds that were requested April 3rd.
