not receiving my withdrawal
On sept. 18, 2010 i requested a withdrawl in the amount of $2300. I was told it would take 10 buisness days. which was fine. so on 10-1-10 a request in the amount of $1083 was approved. that was on a friday, a lady from the casino called and asked me if i wanted a check. i said that was fine. she said it would be sent in 10 buisness days. I talked to them today 10-18-2010 and they said because they have so many requests right now that it would not ne sent out till sometime next week. i read all there policies and nothing was ever said about this. i patiently waited there 10 day for the request and the 10 days for the approval. how can i get them to follow there policy and sent my check now.
