Club Player - not recieving my withdrawl
On sept. 18, 2010 i requested a withdrawl in the amount of $2300. I was told it would take 10 buisness days. which was fine. so on 10-1-10 a request in the amount of $1083 was approved. that was on a friday, a lady from the casino called and asked me if i wanted a check. i said that was fine. she said it would be sent in 10 buisness days. I talked to them today 10-18-2010 and they said because they have so many requests right now that it would not ne sent out till sometime next week. i read all there policies and nothing was ever said about this. i patiently waited there 10 day for the request and the 10 days for the approval. how can i get them to follow there policy and sent my check now.

actually i did receive a check from a processing company that clubplayer uses. When I tried to cash the check I was told it was a fake and the police where called. I was then detained by the police and questioned for several hours before being released. The check had no addresses on it. The police kept the check as evidence. So I am back to where i started waiting to get my money. Because of this i can not recieve any other checks or wire transfers, so now i have to set up a account with ewalletexpress which is costing me more money and more time. So NO i haven't received any of my money.
After the ordeal that I went through with the check. Being detained and questioned by the police because they thought it was a fake. The processors put a stop payment on that check and never sent the other one out. They put it back in the hands of clubplayer casino. Now the casino is giving me the run around. they said i had to open a ewalletexpress account which i did, yet the money is not there for me to withdrawl. the person i talk to tells me that is has to get approval from the finance department but for some reason every time i speak with her she says that the guy is in a meeting. if there is something you can do to help me my money i would greatly appreciate it. This has been experience that I will never do again.
We are still experiencing a time delay on your payment method since we cannot send you a check. I know that Claudia sent you an email requesting ACH info in order to process your payouts. If you did not please contact me via email so that I can follow up with you personally.
I’m glad we were finally able to get your payout resolved. After you were detained the processor was just a bit more cautious about send out the ACH.
