Club Player Casino - Withdrawal time is HORRIBLE!

posted on March 26, 2014.

I am a VIP member at Club Player Casino. I have to say I have a few complaints. Number 1 is make sure you read the fine print on the bonuses, when I first started on-line gambling (not that long ago) I had won $500.00. I asked the CS agent via chat if I had met the play through, to which he replied YES. I was very clear in asking about making the withdrawal. I had a balance of $1400. I asked him what to do with the extra money and was told it was just for FUN. So I requested my $500 and quickly spent the "FUN" money. Luckily I also won $500 at another casino and got an honest CS agent who specifically told me to make sure I request $700 on the $500 win to cover the bonus. It did make sense but I specifically asked the Club Player CS Rep how much to request. So I cancelled my 2 request for withdrawal one at a time. On my first $500 win, I lost it all trying to build back up to the $700 so I could make my max withdrawal of $500. Now I know this is in the fine print but I'd like to warn anyone reading this be very careful when requesting a withdrawal. My second cancellation resulted in me winning enough to request the $300 winnings. I submitted $420 withdrawal request and again deposited money to try and get some of my lost winnings back. I again won $500 and requested $700. Here is the problem with Club Player, it's been over 10 business days and my withdrawals are still pending. I've chatted with CS agents who say they will escalate it and sorry for the delay. Then after it is approved I can expect 10-14 more business days to process the payment and then another un-specified amount of days for whoever is processing my payment. So if you are counting that's 7-10 working days to process the withdrawal if they are on time which they are not. It has currently been 19 calendar days and my 2 withdrawals are still pending. I am owed $800 by this casino and I fully expect a 2 month time frame to get my winnings. Keep this in mind before dumping all kinds of money in deposits. They are happy to take it and really make it difficult to collect winnings. I am experiencing the same issue with one of their sister Casinos to which I will file a separate complaint. It makes no sense because another one of their casinos has processed withdrawal request in a reasonable amount of time. They have only been for $100 so maybe that's why but I feel I shouldn't have to fight to collect my winnings.

Hi Outlaw,

I've looked into this for you, along with your other claim (Cool Cat) and while I can't give a good explanation as to why your withdrawals fell through the cracks, they did.

In an effort to make things right, we are expediting this via Western Union. You can expect notice containing the MTCN (control number) on or before the end of the business day, Monday. There will be zero withdrawal fees applied.

My sincere apologies for the way this was handled. If you need anything further, please don't hesitate to contact me.

All the best,

Thank you for the reply. I notice all of my withdrawal requests have been approved. So Instead of wire transfer I will get the money via Western Union? I will just be happy to get it. Thanks for your help and I will certainly reply here once the money has been received.

The Money was sent and picked up. Thank you for your quick attention to this matter. I was expecting a much longer process. You handled this issue in a fast professional matter and I will continue gambling at your casinos. Really Impressed! Thanks again!
