Club Player Casino withdrawal non-payment

I submitted a withdrawal in November for the amount of $1,300 US. The website says it takes 7-10 business days to be approved. Fine. It gets approved within the timeframe, but THEN it's another 10-20 business days to be processed because I am a US resident and I am requesting a wire transfer. Wow, that was unexpected.

After the 20 business days, I start to call, getting a runaround from everyone I speak to. I'm promised that "someone will get back to me within a day." that never happens.

Finally, I am told this week that it was sent on Wenesday. Hmmm? Sent? Seems they are now sending me a check because I am a US citizen...but I thought the delay was because of the wire transfer??

I am just happy to be getting my money at this point. THEN I get an email today that it was shipped by FedEx yesterday and should arrive today. I call FedEx and they tell me a shipping label was made but nothing was sent! I call the casino and talk to "elana" and she incredibly rude to me, telling me that the email I am reading to her was NOT what she sent!! What???! Are my eyes deceiving me? She finally puts me on hold for 13 minutes. I hang up and call back and she is now not answering!

She finally sends me an email stating that the package was sent, but that FedEx just doesn't have it registered. What???

I feel totally bamboozled. I was relying on that money for some pretty important things and poof! Nothing! I will be surprised if this package actually shows at ANY point.
