Hi I requested a cashout on sept 24th its been 19 business days I try and chat with them and they tell me the time frame is 7-10 business days I tell them its been 19 business days and they tell me that the approvals depst is backed up they will email the manager and let him know they tell me it should be this week that was last week now this week they are telling me a few mopre days I cant take a bonus and after 19 business days they still wont pay

chatted several times called many times spoke with withdrawals spoke with managers and no one knows anything that is the same thing ive been hearing from them for 2 weeks at least they was elevating the proves 2 weeks ago and today still not approved

ok well its about 6:10pm central standard time and as of right now my withdrawal is still sitting there has not been processed yet as of today October 28th it has been 23 business days sense requesting the cashout on September 24th. the rules stated that time for withdrawal is 7-10 days for approval and 7-10 days for processing so about 20 business days for everything today is 23 business days and they have not approved or processed as they stated they would process today Monday but it has not I really need my money I am a very loyal player and don't think this is good business then to be treated the way I was treated by several different customer service reps and managers withdrawals ect and now we both know that as soon as you process my withdrawal you guys will say I can no longer receive no rules bonuses and I don't feel that's right for your loyal players either it takes us a month to get our withdrawal cant claim any bonuses during time of approval which is bogus cause I sure have a big free chip coming but cant use cause they wont process this is not the way to keep loyal players take away their bonuses don't give them any chips during which time then take so long for payment they should re-evaluate their rules on these issues if I cant get no rules bonuses I wont play there anymore and I love playing but don't think my chances are the dame as everyone elses right now either because of the situation at hand ive depoited a lot and play and playback is no where close to what it was before cashing out

well its 2 pm Tuesdays the 29th of oct they said they would process my withdrawal on Monday its still not processed chatted and was told there still backed up they would email the manager I told them I had already done that and asked to be transferred to the manager and was told it would not do any good for me to talk with the manager there was nothing they could do I just needed to wait I have filed a dispute with the central disputing system if I don't receive my money soon I will be forced to dispute the charges to this place for services not received it takes 10 seconds for them to take my money then do this when I get a little back its not fair to me or anyone else I will stop playing here if we don't resolve this issue asap thanks again

ok so now its wed at 9:30pm 10/30/2013 I was told my payment would be processed Monday you finally took it off the deposit screen but when chat still cant get any answers about where my money is I could really use this my cash out was 09/24/2013 and still cant get any answers

spoke to them several times and was told they didn't care what cindy said that unless the casino said it it means nothing I will be very happy when I receive payment and find out it was sent my request was the 24th of sept today is the 3rd of nov were like going on 2months sense request and was just approved the 31st how much longer now because ive been hearing not long sense I started calling and chatting after it the 10days when it wasn't approve now almost 2months later im still being told the same thing however this time its in my history that it was approved on the 31st of oct still it took a month and almost 2 weeks just to approve is it going to take this long for payment also and they said it would be processed on Monday its now sunday and it was just approved so that was a false statement processed is when payment is sent not approved just feel like im still getting the run around I really need my money

Cindy Im not sure of the names ive spoke to so many people on this issue I went to live chat and chatted then asked for casino manager he then came on and said it did not matter who said what if not from withdrawals its not true my user name is angie9698 maybe you could go to my record and see the chat and the many times ive spoke to different people they cant transfer me to withdrawals they have to contact me and they will send email to tell them to contact me now I get a thing from monika at withdrawals from club player and she needs to know my full name as on my id my phone number and address ive sent this information many times also so why they keep asking for it im, not sure but id really like to get paid and find out when that might happen being its been 44 regular days or 29 business days sense requesting my withdrawal on sept 24th and just a little fyi I get treated like that everytime I chat with someone last timei also asked for a free chip I was entitled to for making so many deposits sense I couldn't get one the whole time my withdrawal was pending from ssept 24 to nov 1 I was told I am not entitled to anything so I don't believe this is a good way to keep customers treat them like crap take forever to pay them take away bonuses maybe they should reevaluate things there I loved playing at your casino but wont if this is how I will be treated just look at how many deposits sense just requesting my withdrawal let alone the ones before the cashout I spent a lot there and last time I chatted and was treated like that I think it was enough I wait over a month before I can get a chip then when I finally can I get told im not entitled to nothing from you guys can we just find out where my money is and when I may get it it was for 1182 but you have to take binus out of that 182 I think is wtrong also but my total cashout is 1000 after bonus taken back then to look at my account history it says I withdrew 192.20 which I don't understand either I also believe my chances of winning is not the same as everyone elses I play many casinos I was doing very good was up to 5hundred and something dollars my computer started doing something almost like lagging but the rest of my computer was not it took maybe 45 mins at the longest to take the 536 dollars back the bonus picture like eggs wouldn't even come up on screen let alone have a actual chance of getting them they have to come up I feel like they have done something to my account to keep me from winning or any large amounts anyway and would appreciate it if you would check into that to and who your governed by so I can contact them to make sure the payouts are what there suppose to be for everyone not 92% for one and 10% for angie thanks for your time in this matter and look forward to recieveing my funds and hope I can find somewhere to play that I don't get mistreated by customer service reps thanks again

thanks cindy I spoke with someone again this weekend and asked if we might know anything yet and I was told it takes 10-20 business days and I was only at 5 so I had a little bit to go I truly hope I don't have to wait another 20 days or month this is crazy I cashed out on the 24th of sept and still have not received my money or have a date to receive in sight and today is the 11th of nov we are only like a week away from it being 2 months I really need my money and I love laying there but I cant do this when I cash out I do expect to receive it when im told it does state that it takes 7-10 business days to approve and 10-20 days to send its been way over that then you take the bonus I received back even tho I spent way more than the bonus before cashing out you can check that to if I would have deposited won and cashed out with out spending any more I could understand that but when im spending 100's -1000's of dollars before cashing out I believe I gave that bonus back being there is no playthru I could of cashed right out but I played I have still been playing even with things are the way they are and don't feel I have as fair chance of winning as everyone else in the casino due to the curimstances at hand than to be treated badly also I cant say that I will deposit here or at any of your casinos now that they have took all my no playthru bonuses away and still waiting to be paid I do not agree with this and hope we can get this resolved asap however I do understand the rules but for me to have to wait another 20 days after approval for you to send my payment is not cool you did say it would be processed not just approved when you said it will be processed on Monday the was the 26th of oct it still didn't get approved for yet another week till the 1st of nov now another 20 business days to be mailed how is this fair you take everything away to make playing no fun at all then wont pay me I cashed out 1300 at first and it was denied they told me so with that I thought I had to spend the amount of bonus so only ended up cashing out the 1182 cause I knew they would still take the 182 so my total withdrawal 1000 instead of 1300 or 1182 thank you for taking the time to look into this matter and wished I could still play but with the way ive been treated and not getting paid with no answers I cant say I would want to play here I have been put in a bad position you see I am a single disabled mother and when I do have a little extra I like to play however being that I do have limited income I count on every dollar sense waiting for my withdrawal and expecting to be here in the normal amount of time I have had cut offs over draft fees because I had made arrangements to pay when my money was due to be here so I had to borrow money from family to pay the over drafts and get my stuff turned back on and a lot of late fees so in all actuality I didn't win at all still waiting still collecting late fees ect it just isn't worth going thru all that just to play at your casino and I don't understand why it takes you 10 seconds to take my money but months to pay me I feel like I got scammed and didn't get the services I paid for could you please just let me know asap when my money is sent I gave up on expecting or even recieving now so that little bit of hope will go along way I guess now I have to try and make up what was lost and waiting a little longer if your backed up like a day or two but this long is unacceptable and un nessasairy I don't believe your that backed up and if you are you need to fix the problem instead of doing your loyal players like this id like to thank you for your time in this cindy and hope to hear from you soon that I will receive this if not I wont be surprised. again thank you for your time and looking into the treatment I received that does mean a lot
