Club Player Casino Not Paying Out
On January 2nd I won a little money on Club Player where I have played off and on for years. I submitted my withdrawal for $850 and also submitted my documents. After several days I contacted them and was told that they had not received the documents and was given an e-mail to send them to but it was returned to me because the e-mail address does not exist.
I contacted them again and was told to submit the documents again - all in all I went through this FOUR times before they admitted they had the documents and then was told that I had to resubmit and start the withdrawal process all over again.
By then it was January 15th so I resubmitted my withdrawal request. After repeated contacts via live chat where I was given every excuse they could possibly come up with the withdrawal was finally approved on Feb. 9, 2010. It is now March 2nd and I do not have the payout yet. Every time I contact them I am told I need to talk to someone in the withdrawals department but then they won't connect me because they are "closed for auditing" or closed for the day or closed for some reason and when I ask when they will be open I'm told - "tomorrow if the manager wants to be open" - so there is no way to really speak to someone in accounting and when you send e-mails you get the canned response e-mails saying they will respond to your e-mail withing 24 hours but so far I've submitted half a dozen e-mails and not once has anyone ever responded at all.
I found this site and even wrote Steve Arial who is the Affiliate Manager for Gambling Wages and Club Player directly TWICE and also once through their website but even he has not bothered to respond to my e-mails. So what does a person have to do to get their payout from Club Player?
I've won at other casinos and had my payment in my hand within five days so this is just incredibly ridiculous. You know they must be pulling in money hand over fist and be swimming in it over there so why don't they pay out when someone wins?
I have contacted the withdrawals department and escalated your issue to make sure that this gets taken care of as soon as possible. They did tell me that you should be receiving your money very soon, so please stay in touch with me because I want to make sure that you do get your winnings ASAP.
I also tried sending you an email before but it bounced back to me, so I apologize if it came through like I was not responding.
Still have not received payout. I do appreciate Steve's response here but I've been hearing "very soon" from Club Player for a month now so "very soon" could mean a month from now or never from what I can see. I did receive another "canned" e-mail from them saying to expect more delays due to the "high number of payouts". I find that hard to believe since they don't appear to be paying out so it looks like that was just another stalling tactic. There is no reason they can't take ten minutes of their time and send my payout by wire as I requested.
