Club Player Casino - delay and run around by club player on withdrawal

I am a VIP player at Club Player. I had a withdrawal go through in record time so continued to play. On February 12th I requested a withdrawal. 10 days went by (the previous one was approved in just a couple of days) so I live chat and asked what the status was. This is the answer that I got - and have gotten EVERY TIME after (6 and counting now). We are sorry for the delay, we have elevated this to a manager and you will hear back shortly. Sometimes the messages say, check back this afternoon, or someone will contact you in 1-2 business days. On those times when I've checked back in the afternoon, I've gotten snippy comments about we haven't gotten a response yet its only been a couple of hours. On the notes that someone will contact me in 1-2 days - I've never heard boo.

So that is why I'm writing this. At least contact me back, don't lie to me, quit the run around. You have proven you have the potential to approve and get me my money in a week - so not sure why we are on 1 month out and no movement. Pissing me off.
