Club Player am i really going to get my money?

Hi. I am relatively new at this whole online gambling and had not checked into things before playing at Club Player. I played with a deposit bonus and won 300.00 after taking out their end of the deal. They told me to request 420 and they would send me 300. This started June 25th 2011. I sent in all the reccommended documents and got the ok from josey one of the managers in withdrawls. It took her until July 8th 2011 to approve my request and approve my withdrawl. They said to use fed ex for payment since it was so small. Now they tell me it takes 10 to 20 more business days for the processer to send out check. Tomorrow is day 15 and i asked them today what was going on and they said they had no information for me. They told me to check back in a week since a third party processor issues the check. I am wondering if i will ever get payed. Am Ibeing scammed? Can u please help and then when I finally get the check will it bounce? I am very frustrated with them.

Thanking u for taking the time to look into the situation for me. As I said earlier when I explained my situation I said i am new to this whole scene. I do not want to put anyone or any specific casino down I just would like answers to be more informative and not so planned and rehearsed. That was the feeling that I got from them. If my payment is realing coming and this is not just a way to get my money I will be very happy. I have a daughter and grandchildren in california and I would love to have the opportunity to go see them and the more money the merrier. Thank u and I am sorry that i am carrying around some negatives vibes.

Your withdrawal was approved on 7/8/2011 at 1:32:14 PM. Accounting Department just informed me that payment will be sent out on Monday since processor is closed during the weekends.

Before Casino can process any check please send me an email to cindy@gwages.com with your full name as it appears on your ID. According to Club Player Casino it seems you have another account at Prism Casino and names on both accounts are not the same. To avoid check from bouncing due to wrong name information please send this information to me ASAP.

Thank u cindy for looking into the situation again. i was wondering if when the check is sent if i will receive notification or a routing number? I furnished all the important information to u so i hope that every thing will work out as u said. You stated that a check would be issued on monday> Does everything stand the same?

You will get your money. If it is a check just deposit it. I finally got mine after 3 months. Good luck.

hi. Thanks for writing me back. I generally put everything on a debit card but they said it was not possible because my winnings were so low. 500 is the lowest I guess. I guess my overall opinion of the casino is not real great as they are very unprofessional and that makes me very apprehensive since other casinos payout rather quickly and have more info.

Hi Trudi,

From what I understand they did everything as they are promising: "All withdrawal requests are processed within 7-10 business days" (which actually happened in your case) and since you are saying that it takes 10 - 20 business days to receive the check, they still have five more days in order to fulfill their obligations. The only problem I see here is "having no information for you" regarding your money, which is unprofessional.
I do not understand why they suggested a check as this is the slowest way to receive your winnings. What payment method did you use for depositing?
