I really hope you can help me!

Today the 04/03/2013 i was made 3x deposits at Club Gold Online Casino

1st deposit of R200 2nd R200 and another one of R500

Then i play on the game called Whats Cooking, i keep playing at the same game, and my winnings bring me up to just a bit more than R2000, and then i keep playing and hope to win some more, but it did not happen, and i come down again to R1,086.45 when go for one more spin a message come up and said: Place a lower bet, insufficient funds, i could not understand why??? because i have a balance of R1,086.45. Then i go to online chat, talk to Roger. He said he checked my playing, and i did play all out, and i swear by God it is not true!! Then he said he will give me a free bonus, well only R150 Not fair!!! I loose my play money, it just gone like that??? It is not the thirst time i play at Club Gold that i have a problem with them, i know that casino steel!!!! I have made a lot of deposits, and i have never win something nice, i see that when i play, my games started to go weird, and then i will win nothing not even a line winning. I am sad that they think i will feel better with a stupid R150 free :'( Please, help me?????? They have to give me back my play money, and i wish i could have back my other R500 that they steel from me too, but it is another story..... Please, i want them to give me back my money, the sum of R1,086.45 and the other R500

Well all of what Club Gold reply, is not true at all!!!!! I ask them to unsubscribe me from their email list, and i did take Club Gold of my computer.

I will never play at Club Gold again!!!

I found a new casino with the same games, and i get more winnings! With Casino Gold i never have any nice wins, not even good line winnings! I can spin and spin, and as soon as i reach maybe R1000 zar, can play what ever i want. No more winnings!!! You will never win more than R1000, if you do, it will disappeared mysteriously like mine did!!!!

Here is the outcome of our investigation:

On the 4th of March at 18:27pm casino time the player made a deposit of R200, and received a bonus of R400.

At that stage the player started playing “Penguin Vacation” with a play balance of R600. You played this game until the player balance reached R1.2.

Subsequently , the player made a deposit of R200 and then started playing “What’s Cooking” with a balance of R201.2. At 18:49 the player balance went to R2.2 and the player made a deposit of R500.

the player kept on playing “What’s Cooking” starting with a balance of R502.2

At 19:19.59 the player balance reached R1,194.20

the player placed continuous bets of R12 until the player balance reached R986.2

following the same pattern of R6 until the player balance reached R959.

Following this the player placed continuous bets of R7.5 until the balance reached R6.7

Finally the player placed a last bet of R6.25 leaving until a balance of R0.45

So as said before this is a fact that the player's balance has been played, and fluctuated until the player ended the specific game session with R0.45.

We can certainly understand the player's frustration as the session did not end as expected. But the system worked correctly as designed

Further more all this game play was done from the same location at all times and we have the records to prove it.

Declined my payment 100 gbp where I am verified player.
Hi Askgamblers, to summery of my brief complaint is Club gold casino did not send my my winning 100 gbp since last 2 weeks where they only refunded my deposit 10 gbp. They said I am not allowed to play there because my place is restricted! But I had read terms and conditions carefully where I am 100% eligible to play there. I used a ndb bonus which maximum allowed winning 80 gbp after 60X rollover requirements. I done rollover requirements and went live chat how can I withdraw. Then they asked my ID and atleast one deposit before make withdraw. I had uploaded my ID which was well verified on casino database by next day (Screenshot evidences attached). Then I had deposited 10 gbp min and continued playing and stopped at 100 gbp and then I made a withdraw request. 2/3 days after making withdraw requested I see not processed my withdrawal so I went to live chat and found they don't have intentions to pay my fair winning. They said I have to deposit again from my credit card if I want my winning to get. Another day the other guy told me my ID card is not valid and requested a International ID. I do not have passport and never travel abroad where I could own a Int driver's license. So,I told them I have only my national ID card which is valid.They cut off chat and next day I found my account had been locked without notify me but I am well verified by them so many times they informed me. Now I want my winning 90 gbp back into my nominated account where they sent my deposit back. Dear askgamblers,please help me about my issue if you can.Thank you.
