Took my winnings that was on pending withdrawal

I deposited $51 and won a few thousand and then I was told I cant withdraw more then 10 times my deposit which is $510 which i did. I deposited $30 and kept playing. I won a Marvel Jackpot of around $5,600. I continued to win from there and my winnings got up to $16,000.

I withdraw $2,000 in x 8 lots. I had $16,000 on withdrawal pending. . for 36 hours. . then the casino called me and were very rude to me and just took my $16,000 winnings and kept it! even my Marvel Jackpot winning of $5,600 which is a prize to be won from players money on every playtech, and this casino has kept it and I did not receive the Jackpot I won. . which they robbed me of.

I was playing all along for Club Gold Casino, not for Me, though it was my time playing. . and they got the winnings. not the player. . they are a scam and rip off which has turned me off Playtech which i have lost around $170,000 in 1 year which i accept as a player and great customer but not this club gold casino who robbed me of my $16,000 of my hard earned winnings how could they do that they wont even speak to me on the phone or anything they should not be an operating casino taking players money i am so sick of getting robbed.

Is Playtech a software for casinos or a software for robbery casino names such as Club Gold casino Playtech is on the share market in the world how can they allow casinos like club gold to operate even taking all the marvel jackpot winnings which every player in every casino puts in for that jackpot and they go ahead and keep it $5600 in jackpot and $9400 in other winnings thats crap and robbery i am very upset please help me get my winnings its a lot of money regards tomo

Why is it to hard to sort this out why cant use come clean and be honest and pay my winnings or respond back to me use are cowards use dont give a dam about the players do ya use are a rip off use take money of honest players and there hard earned moneys use should be closed down shame shame club gold use are a disgrace regards tomo

Whats the problem club gold why cant you answer my questions i need my winnings that i won use kept the marvel jackpot which use cant keep cause use are violating rules of playtech and its players did use void it back to playtech or keep it i am sure use kept it i am gonna contact playtech about this issue and find out if use kept my marvel winnings which should be and will be given to me one way or another so why dont use respond to me use are breaching rules of the software in a big way use have 4 days to respond to this letter and pay me or i will go much further with this issue even if it cost me money to proceed use are not getting away with this ok i will be waiting for club gold to reply to this letter thank you regards tomo

What do you mean you said to me i have to take out $510 which i did and then won marvel jackpot worth $5600 and other winnings as i deposited $30 use took $16000 of me just vanished and the marvel jackpot use kept how can use keep it its every playtech casino players money so your saying use just keep it the marvel so i was playing for your club gold casino the whole time and the winnings go into club gold casinos account how is that fair use are cheating rip off and use where so rude to me and just took all my withdrawals on pending $16000 worth and i would like that money back in to my visa card cause i will get a lawyer and fight this all the way if i have to cause i have played playtech for so long and never been ripped off like this all i no i wont my $16000 in winnings and use would hung up on me when i call use are not very fair

As a casino you should have notified me and not to let a player continue to waste time and win a lot of money that you would of taken anyway?

Declined my payment 100 gbp where I am verified player.
Hi Askgamblers, to summery of my brief complaint is Club gold casino did not send my my winning 100 gbp since last 2 weeks where they only refunded my deposit 10 gbp. They said I am not allowed to play there because my place is restricted! But I had read terms and conditions carefully where I am 100% eligible to play there. I used a ndb bonus which maximum allowed winning 80 gbp after 60X rollover requirements. I done rollover requirements and went live chat how can I withdraw. Then they asked my ID and atleast one deposit before make withdraw. I had uploaded my ID which was well verified on casino database by next day (Screenshot evidences attached). Then I had deposited 10 gbp min and continued playing and stopped at 100 gbp and then I made a withdraw request. 2/3 days after making withdraw requested I see not processed my withdrawal so I went to live chat and found they don't have intentions to pay my fair winning. They said I have to deposit again from my credit card if I want my winning to get. Another day the other guy told me my ID card is not valid and requested a International ID. I do not have passport and never travel abroad where I could own a Int driver's license. So,I told them I have only my national ID card which is valid.They cut off chat and next day I found my account had been locked without notify me but I am well verified by them so many times they informed me. Now I want my winning 90 gbp back into my nominated account where they sent my deposit back. Dear askgamblers,please help me about my issue if you can.Thank you.

I won with a no deposit bonus on your link to 60 pounds and 10 made a deposit in order to cash out your winnings. Casino demanded a copy of ID for verification of account, and I sent it to them. After that my account has been successfully verified in their casinos. A few days later I received a payment of 70 pounds.
