im just wondering if you could help me, i dont seem to get anywhere with their 24 hour support, i deposited won on a %300 wager free bonus and won £2000 on 1st march in which i have followed all the guidelines set in the e-mail and even double checked with the a very helpful and chatty( we even discussed about what my plans were with my winnngs and about our children as ive want to treat my daughter to her first holiday) member of staff i spoke to on there in which the others have been no help what so ever, she advised me what i could withdraw and specified games only allowed to play on and my choice was irish luck and i spoke to the same lady again the following day after i recieved email requesting identification and told me would only take a few days to verify and as soon as thats done my gamplay verified too anyhow account wasnt verified till the 6th since then have been waiting to verify gameplay in which i played only one game which was not branded or progressive i cant understand why it is taking so long to verify ive had nothing but put backs since i won originally on the 1st. everytime i enquire the same fellow says nothing he can do or cant help me i just have to wait. it all seems abit unprofessional as ive never known anything to take so long that i have a bad feeling they will try and screw me out of it as ive read alot of bad feedback online i hope this isnt the case as its actually not a bad online casino just others i have played on always sort it within a few days. also deposited and played and won more on there and still waiting on a further £230 and £150, ive never won anything like this in my life so can understand my frustration of waiting a fortnight and still non the wiser........help or feedback would be muchly appreciated

Thats Brilliant!!! ive just checked on my account there and t still says all 3 payments are still pending but i hope this is true within' these 24 hours and will be very chuffed with this money and will continue to have a flutter with club gold if they do infact honour this, will keep you all updated on this in the next 24 hours
