now here is the thing m name is Jacob user ID H5R77003062 i hae screen shots and recordings of chats, proving this site is a pure fraud, i had a cash-out pending of 850$ was initially approved by an admin called peter, then been dragged for a long time finally tonight after all they asked for was giving some assistant tells me it was declined and cant be resolved nor explained till Monday, funny part is all i asked for was to have the transaction cancelled and re-deposited so i can play some tonight was in gambling mood , for now i am asking if there is anyone out tere who has ever cashed on this site, the prove i have is mind bugling what a fraud this guys are, i will provide all info with screen shots,

Please note that Club Gold Casino resents this accusation. The Casino pays out hundreds of players every day and this can be easily documented. We do however have specific terms and conditions and in this case it appears that the player had used more bonuses at the same time.

Club Gold Casino always indicates that all bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with others. These terms can be found on our website , promotional emails and pop ups before accepting bonuses. As such Club Gold goes to great extent in warning the player in many occasions. In this instance an exception has been made in the past for this player and he was clearly advised to have a zero balance (either with withdrawn funds etc.) before taking another bonus.

Furthermore the fact that a player makes a withdrawal does not mean the withdrawal is approved. Security and game log checks are always performed before approving a withdrawal.

We can appreciate the frustration of the player and the intention to purposely damage the image of the casino (as we have on chat) however this does not mean that his claim is correct.

With the intent of further clarifying this issue we will perform another extensive game log check and will reply to the player accordingly.

if i can be given a space where i can send my recording of my conversations, i would posted here,

i am a online casino and poker player and no stranger to most of terms and condition of all sites none is new to me, i didn't do 1 deposit nor 1 press on a video slot machine without prior consulting a online support assistant ,

the 24th of oct :

after my account was empty i took a bonus of 10$ played and lost it, it did leave 10 cents from the 10$ i had accumulated comp points for 58$ called support and asked what can i play with comp points cash and if there is any wagering requirements, it was Peter who answered and said. no. the comp points have no restrictions on it and no wagering requirements, i played some branded games and won 1323.00 i went and tried withdrawing 1200.00 and the auto respond was i can only withdraw 52.00 + dollars i called support again Peter responded and i asked whats the reason for not being able to withdraw all the winnings he said there is a bonus, i said no its the comp points, he took his time and checked and came back and said I REMOVED 10 $ BECAUSE YOU STILL HAD FEW CENTS OF THE BONUS LEFT AND NOW YOU AN WITHDRAW ALL, i did a 1200$ withdrawal.

i still had some left in the account i kept playing all week and also i did cancel the 1200 $ withdraw to lower my withdraw amount i was out of cash but i kept 850$ from the 1200$ initial withdraw, and that is the amount i am waiting from club gold to send me.

now as for their responds that they have told me that you cant leave anything from a bonus not 1 cent to clear the previous wagering limit well that was on the 28th i did deposit more money to play they automatically gave me a bonus and lost and by error left 1 PENNY 1 CENT, then i deposited again with no bonus and i won 250$ and asked for a 100 $ withdraw and was refused by auto respond i called support Andrea answered (claims to be a team supervisor) and said you need more wagering of 450+ dollars because you left that 1 penny from previous deposit, " that was the first time they have told me that. not 1 time during my unlimited consultations making sure i comply with their terms and condition have i been told that not even a penny can be left from a previous deposit with bonus,

and i have all that documented,

i did tell them ill post them on sites as a fraud my frustration hit a real high after waiting for 1 week letting me deposit more money etc.. then all i asked them was i just wana cancel my withdrawal if its not yet credited to my skrill account i was told innocently you withdrawal was declined and nothing can be done till coming Monday !!

Please be advised that I have personally checked the players account thoroughly and after considering the details exchanged in this complaint along with those of the game log check, I have decided to make an exception and release the players' funds.

The funds will be in the account for immediate withdrawal and processing.

was resolved professionally i was able to get my point across, igot the money back into my account and was available for immediate withdrawal and i did leave 100 $ in the account, ty Dino again and sorry for the inconvenience and the harsh words used in the process
