No payment for 80 days
I requested the withdrawal as follows:

I waited patiently for a months before submitting the first request regarding the withdrawal status. The response was: will be paid next week. Next week passed, I contacted them again. They said: it is still under review, check back later.
After that I contacted Club Gold Casino on multiple occasions, only to hear that they are still reviewing my withdrawal and I will be contacted as soon as possible.
To make it worse, in the end of October I got a call from Club Gold. The gentlemen introduced himself as Joseph and came wondering why I have not played in the casino for a long while. I of course told him that my reason for not playing is their not paying, to which he said he will investigate and disappeared.
After that I contacted them 3 more times. Now my patience is exhausted and here is my complaint.
