Club Gold Casino doesn't pay 3000 euro!

Club Gold casino refuses to pay me 3000 euro. They claim

that somebody already registered with my details. That is impossible

since I only registered at this casino once. Looks like they only look

for the reason not to pay me.

Please be advised that the player has been informed exactly of the reasons of the closure. We will be providing the evidence to AskGamblers for their independent review.

In this instance, multiple accounts were opened and same bonuses used.

The terms are clearly stated and always available on our website for everyone's reference. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure that they understand the terms & conditions that were agreed upon registering the account.

Please also note that the players initial deposit of EUR100 has been sent back to the payment method used to deposit.

That is the best solution for me. Send your evidence

to askgamblers and let them see if this evidence is worth

confiscating 3000 euro from me. I have nothing to do

with your claim of multiple accounts etc.

 We have received and reviewed all evidences sent to us on behalf Club Gold Casino. Unfortunately, we can confirm that player has indeed breached some of the casino terms and conditions and therefore we are unable to help from now on. This case is now closed and considered closed. If player still consider his rights to be infringed somehow by the casino, we remind him/her to use the option to submit a formal complaint in front of the Curacao Gaming Commission [email protected]
