Since joining this site i have had the details of two debit cards compromised not saying its anything to do with this site has there is no evidence plus im member to alot of casino's could be anyone ov them .upon tryin to withdraw im asked for front and back photos of the 1st card i deposited with and also my new card witch i done and sent .Tryed to explain that the old card has been destroyed so i cannot photograph it .Then im asked to go to my bank and get a letter stating the card did belong to me but has now been cancelled so thats what i done sent it of to them .BANK PAPER AS ASKED FOR BANK STAMP BANK DATE ALL THE THINGS ASKED OV ME I'VE DONE JUST TO BE TOLD THIS LETTER IS NO GOOD.LAST NITE NOTICED MY NEW CARD WAS BEIN USED ON THE NET BY SOME SCAMMING ***** SO I'VE HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD AGAIN clubgold have rang me today so i told them of my new card has had to be cancelled so he's told me to go back to the bank and get another letter I HAVE ALLREADY DONE THIS YESTERDAY AND THIS MORNING I WAS TOLD IT WASN'T ANY GOOD SO WHY ASK ME TOO RUN ROUND LIKE A CLOWN TO GET THE SAME AGAIN IF IT AINT NO GOOD YOU CAN KEEP THE £310 I HAVE DEPOSITED AND MY WINNINGS NEVER HAVE I HAD A BAD EXPERIANCE LIKE I HAVE WITH THIS SITE

Please be advised that we have reviewed the players account and we are in the process of elaborating the payment in respect of the bonus received.
