Rich Casino - Closed my account and refused paying

Hello Askgamblers.
Recently i won 950€ on RichCasino.
They have played me 500€ and then submitted withdraw for the other 450€. Since then, i cannot log to casino anymore and received a message "account locked". I've only one account, they have checked all my docs, passed through verification process, payed me 500€ and now the others 450€ i don´t know when and if i will received that!
i've accchived the wager of bonus. even i played more 1000€ and winning nothing! Then made a new deposit, achived the wager again, won 950€ and now my accout was locked on my second withdraw!

i've played only slot games. No rules violated. No betting strategies, nothing!

Hope you can help me to solve this questions and get payed wiht other 450€ that i won.

I've sent an email for support and accounting email from richcasino on saturday 19.03.2016 and no response until today.

I believe that what rich casino is doing is fraud! and i want this solved!

Thank you for bringing this case to our attention.

We would like to guarantee Mr. Emanuel that we will honor his payout and that we are in complete agreement that he is entitled to his rightfully earned winnings. We would also like to inform Mr. Emanuel that the remainder of his withdrawal amount will be transferred to his account in the course of this week.

However, please note that according to our terms and conditions, “Rich Casino reserves the right at all times to, at its own discretion: Decline to open a Rich Casino Account and/or to close an existing Rich Casino Account without any explanation whatsoever;" (2.3.1).


One of our Support reps has contacted Mr. Emanuel today, March 22nd via email in order to further clarify the situation and reassure him that he will receive his payout no later than this week.

In that case, i will just wait for the playment until tomorrow 24.03 according your (rich casino account) email that i post here.

If i collect my funds as expected this complain can be closed.

The funds you have in pending (450 EUR) will be sent to your Neteller account on Thursday as we informed you in the previous email.
