Story, deposited 200eur, took 200eur bonus and lost all, after that make deposit of 300eur and 385eur. right after win 2.3k, account got locked and asked for documents and when i sent the documents i received answer from them
"Thank you for your patience while the financial department reviewed your
account.
I regret to inform you that your account was locked for Card Sharing
since you and another player are sharing the card ending 2707.
Please note that all successful purchases were voided. Therefore,
documents received have not been approved & account will remain closed."

They say that my card have been used before on site and that's why not pay me, locked account because of that.
But I have never used same card.
Tried many times to contact support but they just say cannot re locked and close chat

I'm checking it, but it looks like someone else used your credit card to use it in a different casino/the same casino...

Is the credit card under your name?

yes, it is under my name. don't know about it i never let anybody to use my card.

Hi

The same card has been used, according to our system, by Niko Argxxxxxxx as well (I used xxxxx in order to protect privacy)

This is a violation of the T&C of our casino (actually is a violation of a T&C of any casinos)

The matter is pretty much closed
