Cleos Vip Room - depositing issues

in the past seven months I have been trying to make a deposit at cleos vip room an keep getting denied, I have been a customer there for along time an a loyal depsoiter with no problem depositing until seven months ago, the cc info page tells me to keep trying I must have made a mistake in entering my cc onfo or there is a problem with my card or bank. well I have talked to my bank on several times in the past days an mths. an there is no problem with my card or acct. when I talk to cleos customer service or chat or email them there support keep saying its me not them. on the cc page there is obvious errors for example next to the card holders name thee is a check mark with a circle around it an next to that there is a question mark when you put your curser on the question mark it is suppose to say this is where your name goes but it doesn't say that , it says to input the digits on the front of your card . that is an error an like most cc onfo pages if there is an error on the page the transaction wont go any further than the cc info page. I have pointed this out to customer service chat an support an I get the same answers over an over again, saying that they checked it out an it must be my mistake an I should use a different card. well I don't have different cards to use , so I went an got a different cc the next day an does the same thing, so I got support an told them an again it was the same answer must be me, I have used the same card since I opened an acct. with cleos over year ago an never had this problem til they changed there processors an I told them this but again same answer from them. sometimes I don't even think they even care when they just give me this saying it must be me, I have spent a lot of money there an by the way I love this casino, but I feel like just screaming at them to get them to listen to me of how it is declining my depsoits, by the way when I talked to them on the phone they also keep saying that it doesn't even show that im trying to make a deposit with them, that's when I keep saying to them about the page on the cashier not being or looking right an still processes all the info when it should not when you have not even entered the cc info yet so something is not right an they just wont listen. Also if you notice when you post messages on cleos facebook page that doesn't give them praise they delet it an wont let you post or comment on there page anymore... can someone please help me with this situation , all I want to do is deposit an play, I don't want to have to do this all the time, just if they would help me get this straintened out along with a lot of othere people having same problems as iam.

hello, on jan., 30th, 2014 cleos email me on the issues of depositing that I have been having, said they apologized for all the trouble I have been having for the last seven mths, they sent me a ten dollar chip which im grateful , but I have been waiting seven mths an they regonize that iam not the only person with the issues using that processor, however they said that they ae putting in a new processor on this day for me to make another deposit to see if it works, well I did an it is still the same, where my name goes it says to put my credit card numbers an my last name it says to put my card numbers all the other info is correct an is right , so the errors are still there, and when they deposited the ten dollars last night the free chip they gave me, when I started playing it the game kept logging me in an out an kept stalling while it was trying to roll, I talk to chat about this an ask if it had anything to do with them working on it at the time of installing new processor an she said which was Karen that she would report this issue as well, all in all even with the chip they gave me I still could not play without trouble. so this issue has not been fixed. I don't understand why they don't go back seven or eight mths ago an put that processor back cause I never had troulble with that one an it did not have the errors on it like this one does. please help me with these issues, I just want to deposit an play.

today is feb, 2, 2014,

iam replying to cleos depositing issues they wrote back an said they are working with me, well the only thing they have done is gave me ten dollar chip an said they where gonna try a new processor an they did but that is not gonna solve the problem I have along with so many other people that has the same problem I have the only difference is theres just started recently an mine has been going on for eights months now.

if cleos would just listen to me an the other customers it might get fixed, its not that the processor doesn't want to take our depsoits , it is because it cannot because there is errors on the cashier page where you put your credit card information in such as where ur name goes it has to put ur card numbers in it, but it is your name that is suppose to go there, I have told cleos this so many times , if they would fix the errors instead of telling me the same thing over an over again that it must be me or they are gonna try new processor which by the way has the same errors in it which I have came to the conclusion it is in the software they need someone to fix the errora for gosh sakes . so yes iam replying to let them know it is not fixed an it will not be fixed until they fix those errors they have in cahier page, so please listen to my complaint cleos this could've been resolve so long ago if you would look into this. everyone is having trouble depositing there has to be a reason it cannot be all the processors you are using or the customers fault,

again I love this casino an luv to play here, but im just about to give up trying to give you my money an if you don't want it just tell me please.

Another thing I want to know why you will not let me post comments on your facebook page, I have never wrote anything bad so I don't understand why you wont let me post comments on the page, don't say you didn't take me off of there cause you did, I just want to know why.

please fix the errors in the cashier page, it is not that the processor doesn't want to take our depsoits , it is because it cannot , when it has those errors on that page if this was fixed it would probly work or its in the software. I can read on facebook page, you all have a lot of people complaining about the same thing, only now maybe you will listen because there is more people , when it was just mine you all said it was just me or my card, well again my card will not go thru when the cashier page has errors on it.

thank you cleos I was finally able to make a deposit last night for the first time in nine months, what I don't understand is , if I would of not made a comment on ask gamblers this issue would not had been fixed because I have been asking for nine months now, an cleos just kept saying the same thing that it was me, well as you can see it was not you guys finally fixed whatever it was in no time after I contacted ask gamblers. I think after nine months I desever a free chip bgger than ten dollars since you now no that it was not on my end of things. anyway I want to thank you for finally fixing the issue at hand.

cleos I sent you a reply to thank you for fixing my issue with depositing issues I had, well after you replyed back to me that this matter can now be closed , iam sorry to say that I cannot deposit again I have been trying now for five days an nothing doing the same thing as before, so if you can help me out again so I can make more depsoits. thank you for your help.
