Cleos VIP Room and VS credits

I know how online casinos are. The vast majority will do their best to scam depositors and refuse to pay. This complaint is a little different.

Cleo's VIP presents itself as a "shopping site" - not a casino. You deposit your money, get Virtual Spree credits, gamble your money away, and "spend" your accumulated VS credits. The problem I have is that for weeks the VS shopping site is being updated. Most of the product pictures are not available making purchases impossible.

I've sent emails and asked at livechat several times for information about this problem. Each time the response is that they're working on it.

So now I'm tired of waiting. They have no problem "selling" me the credits - and they take my money immediately - but I can't "spend" them. If this were the only problem I've had, it wouldn't be a big deal. But many of my orders have been cancelled without explanation. This is the latest problem and I'm tired of it.

Today, I explained AGAIN what the problem is and I got the same answer. I would now like to get a refund of the VS credits in my account. If I can't use them,, they're useless to me. They refuse to refund them.

Can you help me?

Cleosviproom is a Virtual Spree promotion, this is very clearly stated our main webpage and, of course, on our Terms and Conditions.

While some VS credits orders may be cancelled due to lack of stock or any other given reason, this is hardly often the case, and every time this takes place VS Credits are refunded to the user balance. In this case, the user has had numerous orders delivered at her door from the Virtual Spree store, the latest one being, according to tracking, just a few days ago. Unfortunately, some orders were cancelled due to lack of stock as well.

I'm not denying that I've ordered and received many VS products. One problem is that, unless I'm proactive I have no idea that an order is cancelled. Of all the cancelled orders, I have only received notice of a few. The main problem is the lack of pictures and other Information about VS products. Written requests for information is routinely ignored. Contact with live support were answered, but I was given information initially that the problems would be fixed in "an hour". It's been weeks and I still can't see pictures to use the VS credits in my account. So - if VS doesn't take ITS responsibilities seriously, I am requesting a refund of the "credits" I have "purchased" since Cleos is not a gambling site.

Virtual Spree successfully identified the issue mentioned by the user, in which some images were not loading properly for some computers. This has now been fixed.

I just checked -- this issue has NOT been fixed.

We have double checked, and the images should be working properly. As per our e-mail communication, have you tried pressing Ctrl+F5 or using a different browser?
