FUNNY to see that 1 word in a useless support online chat, can tricker all this.
Because all other that been talked about phone/chat/email, was there NO action on at all !!
And it was made out of frustration over a casino like yours, that don't care about players/clients other than see $$$...and that will keep winnings and refund deposits if they feel like it.
I have only one thing to say...if my balance was in ZERO...you would have refunded NOTHING.
Also withdrawal of the $2000 was made before you closed account and decided to "just" refund. (smells a bit, doesn't it ??)
Pay what you owe, and maybe you can keep a little trust with players..who knows.
