Won $2000, after losing about $30.000 win back to them..asked for a withdrawal !..here is the return email.

The only reason you made the refund was because the account was in +$2000...and a withdrawal was made, and the request of account closure was made.
If account was in ZERO...NOTHING would have been done from your side...thats for sure !
Here is some facts about the Classy Casino....
You have a "personal" manager that NEVER writes you back and NEVER available by phone, a finance department that ONLY can be reached by email NEVER by phone and also signs the reply emails without any names.
Customer services by chat and phone, that ONLY can offer you coupons offers and nothing else.
My advice stay clear of those RTG casinos operating out of banan republic countries.

FUNNY to see that 1 word in a useless support online chat, can tricker all this.
Because all other that been talked about phone/chat/email, was there NO action on at all !!
And it was made out of frustration over a casino like yours, that don't care about players/clients other than see $$$...and that will keep winnings and refund deposits if they feel like it.
I have only one thing to say...if my balance was in ZERO...you would have refunded NOTHING.
Also withdrawal of the $2000 was made before you closed account and decided to "just" refund. (smells a bit, doesn't it ??)
Pay what you owe, and maybe you can keep a little trust with players..who knows.

After clarifying everything that happened with the casino, I am here to announce that there will be no further action on this matter.
The complaining player had threatened to chargeback, and in return the casino refunded all of his deposits to him and closed the account. This occurred after the casino customer support had tried to contact the player in order to notify him that his withdraw request had been approved days earlier.
Even though we do understand the player feels the victim, we believe that his complaint is not grounded in the reality nor consistent with what actually occurred. There are many other players playing, depositing and withdrawing money on a consistent basis. We will not let this one incident tarnish the name and reputation of the casino.
As a result, ClassyCoin considers the matter to be closed and will take no further action. We wish the player all the best.
